Safe use

1. Unplug the power cable before cleaning the clipper.
2. First remove the blade, then use a cleaning brush to remove any accumulated hair.
3. Keep the clipper away from water to prevent shocks or damage to the device.
4. If the trimmer accidentally falls into water or other chemicals, dispose of it immediately. Do not attempt to dry the trimmer and plug it into a power source.
5. To store the clipper correctly, remove the Clipperform dock, unplug the adapter and clean your device thoroughly. Do not store the trimmer on the charging dock and do not leave it attached to the adapter.
6. If the cable on the mains adapter is damaged, stop using it immediately and replace it straight away.
7. Do not dismantle this product yourself. Contact authorised dealers for servicing and repairs.
8. Before charging, select the correct voltage socket (AC 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz).
9. Please do not twist, dismantle or puncture the battery inside the trimmer, as this may cause a short circuit or set the device alight. If the batteries are not working, do not operate the trimmer and take it to an authorised dealer.
10. Prolonged use at temperatures below -10°C or above 40°C is not recommended, as this may damage the batteries.

1. Intended use

The device is intended exclusively for contouring, detailing and dry shaving of human hair on the head and beard in both professional and domestic settings. Any other use is considered improper and may cause injury or damage to the device.

2. Use by children and persons with reduced capabilities

This device may be used by children aged 8 and over, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or a lack of experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised or have been instructed in its safe use and understand the resulting risks. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.

3. Electrical safety

Only charge the device using the original mains adaptor and charging station supplied. Do not operate the device if the cable, plug or casing is damaged. Never immerse the trimmer, charging station or mains adaptor in water or other liquids, and do not use them near baths, showers or filled washbasins. Unplug the charger from the mains after each use and before cleaning.

4. Battery and Overheating Protection

The built-in lithium-ion battery must not be opened, punctured, deformed, short-circuited or exposed to open flames — there is a risk of fire and explosion. Charge the device at room temperature (10–35 °C). If the casing becomes unusually hot during use, stop using it immediately and allow the device to cool down completely before using or charging it again.

5. Blade and injury protection

The blade is sharp — keep your fingers away when changing, cleaning or oiling it. Switch the device off completely before carrying out any maintenance or handling the blade, and disconnect it from the mains if necessary. Keep the device out of the reach of children.

6. Hygiene and Care

Clean and disinfect the blade after each client in accordance with standard barber/hairdresser hygiene rules. Oil the blade regularly with suitable blade oil. Do not use harsh cleaning agents, solvents or abrasive cleaners.

7. CE Compliance and Disposal of End-of-Life Equipment and Batteries

The device complies with the applicable EU directives and bears the CE mark. Do not dispose of end-of-life equipment in household waste; instead, dispose of it in accordance with the WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU) via local collection points for waste electrical and electronic equipment. The built-in battery must be disposed of separately in accordance with the EU Battery Regulation (2023/1542) and must not be disposed of with household waste — please hand it in via the public take-back scheme or at specialised collection points.
